The Lily Luxe difference
Construction, with care built in.
A home project should feel clear, considered, and well cared for. Lily Luxe Rescreen was shaped by Amy’s own experience on both sides of the process, and by the belief that homeowners deserve communication and coordination they can count on.

Amy’s path to Lily Luxe
A teacher’s perspective. A homeowner’s lessons.
Before becoming a contractor, Amy worked as a special education teacher. That experience shaped how she listens, communicates, and works to make complex steps easier for people to understand.
Later, while working with Realtors and flipping homes, Amy saw how easily service gaps can make a renovation harder than it needs to be. When she managed her own project, she experienced those frustrations firsthand: unclear updates, coordination that felt harder than it should, and uncertainty about what happened next.
She saw an opportunity to do the work differently. Amy built Lily Luxe Rescreen around a concierge-style construction experience, with one point of contact, thoughtful project coordination, and clear communication from estimate through final walkthrough.
What concierge service means here
Thoughtful service, in the details.
We want you to know who is coming, what the plan is, and where the project stands. That means making realistic commitments, communicating if anything changes, and treating your home and outdoor space with care.
02
Reliable scheduling
We plan around agreed timing, arrive when scheduled, and communicate promptly if weather or project conditions require an adjustment.
03
A considered finish
We pay attention to fit, cleanup, and the small details that make a screen enclosure feel at home with your property.
04
Respect for the team
Amy believes quality work starts with treating the people doing it with respect, integrity, and fair compensation for their skill.
What we do
Outdoor spaces, restored or newly screened.
Lily Luxe Rescreen serves homeowners across greater Tampa and Sarasota, from Land O’ Lakes south to Sarasota, including Bradenton and Lakewood Ranch. We rescreen and repair pool cages, lanais, and patios, restore existing enclosures, and build new aluminum pool screen enclosures and screened porches within our licensed specialty-contractor scope.
We’ll listen to what you want from the space, review the project requirements, and explain the options before preparing an estimate. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all recommendations or leaving you to guess what comes next.
Bringing your backyard back to life.
Let’s make your outdoor space feel cared for again.
