Why hiring a licensed contractor matters ↗Local expertise
A restoration plan shaped by Bradenton.
Bradenton’s mix of strong sun, tropical moisture, wind, and mature landscaping can be hard on an enclosure. Leaves gather along roof lines, branches can catch a panel, and a small tear can change how often you use the pool room. We start by understanding both the damage and the daily rhythm of the space.
Homes around Bradenton range from established properties with well-loved aluminum cages to newer builds with broad lanais and tall openings. That means the best solution is not one-size-fits-all: screen type, spline, fasteners, door condition, and access all deserve a close look.
A good rescreen should feel quieter and more settled when it is finished. We keep the work precise and the communication straightforward, so your outdoor room gets a clean coastal finish without losing the character of your home.
What we build & restore
New enclosures and restorations, thoughtfully finished.
Lanai & patio screen replacement
Replace tired or torn panels across a lanai or patio so the space feels open, cared for, and ready for everyday living.
Screen door repair
Repair door mesh, spline, rollers, latches, and fit issues that make an outdoor-room entry drag, sag, or stop sealing well.
Enclosure refresh
Bring multiple needs into one cohesive plan, from screen replacement and hardware details to a complete enclosure restoration.
New screen enclosures & screened porches
Build a new aluminum pool enclosure or screened porch enclosure in Bradenton. We discuss layout, frame and screen options, site requirements, and applicable permits before preparing a project-specific proposal. Work is subject to our license scope and applicable local approvals.
Pricing expectations
Plan with clarity.
The exact cost depends on enclosure size, frame condition, access, mesh selection, and whether you need rescreening, restoration painting, or both. We inspect the project and prepare an estimate specific to your home. For a new enclosure, an estimate depends on the proposed layout, site, materials, access, and approval requirements. For rescreening, we account for cage size, height, frame condition, mesh selection, and any spline or hardware replacement.
The Lily Luxe process
A calm path from worn to wonderful.
01
Listen and inspect: we learn how your Bradenton outdoor room is used, then review panels, roof sections, doors, frame lines, and access.
02
Shape the scope: we separate must-fix issues from worthwhile refresh details and explain the tradeoffs between mesh options.
03
Prepare the enclosure: worn screen is removed carefully and channels are checked so the new installation has a sound starting point.
04
Install with intention: each panel is fitted and tensioned with attention to sightlines, doors, corners, and the home’s finished appearance.
05
Hand back the room: we clean the work area, walk the result with you, and make sure the enclosure is ready to enjoy again.
Bradenton questions
Before we visit
Can Lily Luxe repair one torn Bradenton screen panel?
Often, yes. We inspect the surrounding mesh and frame first so you know whether a single-panel repair will blend well or whether a larger refresh makes better sense.
What should I do if leaves and debris keep collecting on the cage?
We can look at the roof lines, surrounding landscaping, panel condition, and access during the assessment. That helps us recommend a practical repair or rescreen plan for the space.
Can a screen-door issue be included with pool-cage work?
Yes. We can include door mesh, spline, rollers, latches, or alignment concerns in the same scope when the entry needs attention.
How can I schedule a Bradenton assessment?
Call 813-447-0431 or send a request through the contact page. After an on-site look, we will outline the work and materials needed for your enclosure.
