Why hiring a licensed contractor matters ↗Local expertise
A restoration plan shaped by Lutz.
Lutz properties range from established homes with older aluminum enclosures to newer builds with broad, open pool cages. That mix matters: older frames may need careful spline or hardware replacement, while newer enclosures often benefit from a mesh selection that preserves the clean sightlines homeowners chose them for.
The tree canopy around many Lutz neighborhoods brings welcome shade—and leaves, pollen, and small debris that collect along screen panels and roof lines. Add long stretches of bright sun and summer storm activity, and a once-small tear can become a loose, noisy section. We look at exposure, drainage, access, and the condition of the surrounding frame before recommending a repair or full rescreen.
Because we are Lutz-based, scheduling an assessment is straightforward and the conversation stays personal. If your home is part of an HOA, we can help you think through exterior appearance, screen color, and any approval questions before work begins.

New screen enclosures & screened porches

Pricing expectations
Plan with clarity.
The exact cost depends on enclosure size, frame condition, access, mesh selection, and whether you need rescreening, restoration painting, or both. We inspect the project and prepare an estimate specific to your home. For a new enclosure, an estimate depends on the proposed layout, site, materials, access, and approval requirements. For rescreening, we account for cage size, height, frame condition, mesh selection, and any spline or hardware replacement.

Amy and her team at Lily Luxe Rescreen LLC were great. Communication was quick, clear, and professional. The team arrived on time as scheduled. They completed the job in a timely manner, ensured I was happy with the work before they left, and picked up after themselves. I recommend Amy and her team for anyone who needs any screen enclosure repairs or replacements.

Lutz questions
Before we visit
Do you rescreen older Lutz pool enclosures?
Yes. Older cages are common in Lutz, and an assessment helps us determine whether the frame can be refreshed as-is or whether spline, fasteners, or other hardware should be addressed at the same time.
What screen is best for a sunny Lutz pool cage?
The right mesh depends on your priorities. We discuss visibility, insect control, privacy, and solar exposure so the material supports both comfort and the look of your outdoor room.
Can you work around mature trees and landscaping?
We plan access carefully around landscaping and note areas where falling leaves or branches may affect the enclosure. Our goal is a tidy installation with minimal disruption to the property.
